This is a very nice resort hotel, right on the inter-coastal water way and about 150 yards from the Gulf of Mexico beach. This is a great location to bring the entire family. Also within 200 yards are at least a dozen various restaurants. The original Crabby Bills is at this location. The hotel usually always has live entertainment both day and night. The hotel has three lounges and restaurants Rum Runners Tiki bar, Wahoo Raw bar and Jimmy Guana's waterfront restaurant. The hotel has boat slips available, only if they are not rented on a yearly basis.

We can start booking rooms now. I would suggest making reservations early as possible. They are holding 70 rooms for the Rough Riders. It sounds like everyone who was at the walk through at the resort will be making reservations. That is probably 30 rooms right there. Following are the prices for the rooms which they are holding for us. These prices are about 20% - 40% lower than normal. They are going to try and put us near one end of the resort near the Garden pool and Key West Room but that all depends on the type of room and which ones you choose to reserve.
